I know I have brought this up before but just wanted to mention it again - when an invoice is deleted in bill.com, the HAR platform is not picking up that status change so the invoices still show up in the invoices screen as unpaid and the escalations have to be manually terminated. Again, ideally this shouldn't really happen very often, but it does occasionally happen.
