Way to quickly tell how much money is in transit- CC payments processing, checks that have yet to post, etc. This is something I ask Candy for all the time.

Which accounts owe the most money? Which accounts have the oldest invoices? Helps finance get quick picture w/o having to run reports or think about it.

Measure the effectiveness of certain messages or sequences based on reply rates.

-The percentage of collected payments versus total outstanding receivables for a time period of our choosing - CEI

-Average days an invoice is past due - days from invoice due date to invoice payment (even better is to be able to track this by customer as well as the overall Company stats)

Could get better over time using analytics around average payment time per account and per account individual client.

-Manual to-do area - “To Be Invoiced, Waiting for PO, etc”- for all situations finance may need to track that do not have an issued invoice yet.
