Provide an export to CSV for all objects (invoices, escalations, customers, etc.)

Creating a kill switch

For primary users or admins, the ability to globally pause all active escalations from sending outbound messages. This would be helpful in cases where an error was discovered. When resumed, the workflow should adjust for the time it was paused.
